Claims Management

Our claim management service is designed to facilitate claims that by nature have enhanced issues or matters which require advanced measures from that of a routine claim. These claims typically involve but are not limited to the following:

• Losses involving exposures and issues that are unusual.
• Larger property and Bodily injury claims that require immediate and active response for customer service and evaluation of exposures.
• Claims with Public Adjuster involvement.
• Claims that are becoming problematic and could benefit from evaluation/assistance from this process.
• Evaluation and recommendations on service avenues to be considered prior to the appraisal process.

A senior member of our staff will be placed in charge of a claim, manage the process of communication with 1st or 3rd parties and recommend the services of contractors, engineers or other professionals that could be utilized to facilitate the claim in a fair and timely manner.
