    About Us

    Our company objective has been to provide our clients with a quality product, professional service and state of the art adjustment practices.   We represent our customer’s interests in a confidential, professional manner, understanding that our actions are a reflection on our client’s organization.

    Our goal is to provide a product that is organized, clear, concise, and presented in a timely manner.  This is accomplished by giving our customers what they want, when they want it and how they want it.  We believe this is achieved through the size of our company which is large enough to service all of our clients’ requests, however not so large that we cannot adapt to a company’s specific needs.

    McKenzie/Mosley Adjustment Services, LLC is a member in the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters and we have (8) Licensed adjusters as well as an administration professional.  Our associates have chosen to work with us because of our philosophy which revolves around our company’s integrity and quality.

    Our adjusters are well trained professionals bringing years of experience and knowledge to our company.  All of our Adjusters hold valid State of Maine Adjuster’s Property and Casualty licenses.  Many of our Adjusters hold various professional certifications including but not limited to: AIC, CPCU, CMIA, SCLA, CPUA, IICRC and are actively involved in ongoing industry training. We also have an ongoing training program for new adjusters which incorporates in house training and various programs within the insurance industry.

    Roger McKenzie and Andrew Smith

    Roger McKenzie – CEO
    Roger has a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Husson College and an A.S. Degree in Business Management from the University of Maine at Orono. Roger has been in the insurance industry since 1989 and had worked for a national independent adjustment company and a major property casualty insurance company prior to starting McKenzie/Mosley Adjustment Services in 1996.

    Andrew Smith – CFO
    Andy joined McKenzie/Mosley in February 2009 and became a Partner in 2020. Having a strong background in the construction trades, Andy specializes in Property Claims of all sizes as well as Contractor Liability Claims.

    Roger and Andy have participated in a wide variety of schooling and training throughout their adjustment careers and continuing education is encouraged within our company.

    Staff

    William McLaughlin: Bill has a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Husson College and has the following professional designations; Associate in Claims, Senior Claims Law Associate and Certified Master Inter-Company Arbitrator. He has been in the insurance industry since 1970 where he worked for an international property casualty insurance carrier. Bill has held many levels of supervisory and technical positions prior to joining our company as a General Adjuster.

    Philip Brown: Phil has a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice from Bryant College. He has been in the insurance industry since 1988 and had worked for a national independent adjustment company and a major property casualty insurance carrier prior to joining our company.

    Deborah E. Hazen: Debby has been in the Insurance industry since 1989.  She has experience as a multi line adjuster specializing in large property losses, and has held managerial positions with a major property/casualty insurer.  Her background also includes experience with a risk management organization and handling independent insurance claims.  Debby holds the AIC and CPCU designations.

     Charles Pinkham: Chuck has a B.S in Business Management from Husson College and has studied Mechanical Engineering Technology at the University of Maine at Orono.  He is a retired Maintenance Operations Flight Commander with the Maine Air National Guard and has been in the insurance industry working as an independent Adjuster and Staff Adjuster with 19+ years of experience.  Chuck joined our firm in 2013 and specializes in property claims.  He has extensive experience in adjusting Heavy Equipment and Recreational Vehicle claims.

     Angela Ivy: Angee has a BA in Social Work from University of Southern Maine.  She has been handling insurance claims for a large national carrier since 2001 in the State of Maine and was a large loss adjuster for 7 of the 17 years in the field.  She holds P&C adjusting licenses in 6 states, has IICRC certifications in Applied Structural Drying and Water Damage Restoration. She also holds the AIC designation.  Angee joined M/M in September 2018, and specializes in Property claims.

    Jake Armstrong:  Jake has a degree from Eastern Maine Community College in Construction Management and has been working for Mckenzie/Mosley since September of 2015.  He started part-time training while attending college and is now a State of Maine Licensed Multi-Lines Adjuster.  Jake is very knowledgeable in the building trades.

    Caitlin Gosselin: Caitlin is our administrative assistant who joined us in November 2021. Caitlin currently attends Eastern Maine Community College. She works with our clients to receive and process all new assignments and works closely with our adjusters to provide assistance with the claims handling process.
